One Crew, One Project

A full backyard remodel can combine turf, pavers, walls, shade, rock, and concrete. We plan and build it as a single project with one crew and one schedule, so the trades line up instead of clashing.

Built Around How You Use the Yard

We start with how you actually want to use the space — entertaining, kids, pets, or low maintenance — and design the layout around that, not a one-size template. Your goals drive the plan.

Phased to Your Budget

Not every backyard has to happen all at once. We can build in phases or scope the project to a budget, and we put the plan and pricing in writing before any work begins.

Trusted by Arizona Homeowners

We're really happy with how our backyard turned out. We wanted something clean and modern but still low maintenance, and Chris nailed it. The pergola and shade sail make a huge difference, especially with the Arizona sun, and the pavers and turf came out exactly how we pictured.

Chris and his team did a great job on our yard here in Gilbert. Everything was clearly laid out, the pricing was fair, and the project was completed on time. It's refreshing to work with a contractor who communicates well and follows through.

FAQ

Backyard Remodels — FAQ

What does a full backyard remodel include?

It depends on the yard and how you want to use it. A remodel can combine artificial turf, paver patios and walkways, pergolas or shade, block and seat walls, rock and desert landscaping, concrete, and lighting. We start with your goals and budget, then put together a layout and a written scope — you decide what's in and what waits for later.

Can we do the backyard in phases?

Yes, we can often phase a backyard remodel if that works better for your budget. Just keep in mind that splitting the work into smaller phases can sometimes increase the total cost because it may require separate material orders, multiple crew trips, and more setup time compared to doing everything at once. We'll explain the best way to phase it without wasting money.

Pavers or concrete — which is better for a patio?

Both work well in Arizona; it comes down to look, budget, and how the space is used. Concrete is typically lower cost for a large flat slab and gives a clean, modern surface. Pavers cost more but offer more color and pattern options, and individual pavers can be lifted and reset if something settles. On most remodels we use both — concrete or pavers for the main patio and pavers for borders and walkways. We'll walk you through the trade-offs for your yard.

Do I need HOA approval before remodeling my backyard?

You may need HOA approval before making changes to your yard, including turf, pavers, concrete, walls, rock, plants, or lighting. Every HOA is different, so it is best to check your community guidelines before installation. If needed, we can help provide basic project details or photos for your HOA submittal.

How long does a full backyard remodel take?

Most full backyard remodels run about 1–3 weeks on site, depending on scope, demo, and how many elements are involved. Larger multi-element builds take longer. Because we run it as one project with one crew, the trades stay sequenced — we'll give you a schedule in writing before we start.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Payments starting at $100/mo, with no interest for 21 months for qualified buyers. It lets you build the full backyard now and spread the cost out instead of putting the project off. We can go over the details during your estimate.
